生まれます。フルボディで飲みごたえがありつつ、ゆっくり飲んでも重たさを
感じにくいのが魅力です。料理との相性も非常に幅広く、赤身肉やグリル料理
はもちろん、スパイスとバターのコクを持つバターチキンカレーとも好相性。
ワインの果実味とタンニンが、料理のまろやかさと自然に溶け合います。さら
に意外な楽しみ方として、カカオ感が穏やかなチョコレートとのペアリングも
おすすめ。チョコレートムースやなめらかな生チョコと合わせると、果実味と
タンニンが美しく調和し、食後の時間を上質に締めくくってくれます。
